Co-Development
We follow the co-development method developed by Claude Champagne and Adrien Payette, which is well-known for unlocking the power of collective intelligence.
The sessions, facilitated by a trained coach, provide a unique space for participants to share challenges, gain diverse perspectives, and collectively generate innovative solutions.
A co-development group is composed of 5 to 8 participants, meeting quarterly or monthly during 9 to 12 months, for a 2h30 session.
Continuous Learning
Our continuous learning proposal is centered around the belief that knowledge is the cornerstone of personal and professional development.
We envision a dynamic learning experience that blends training sessions and a comprehensive resource library.
We offer carefully curated training programs, providing cutting-edge content on a large number of soft-skills themes. Please contact us to know more. These trainings can be delivered on-line or in-person. They are available in various languages.
On an ongoing basis, the resource library available on our digital platform serves as a reservoir of valuable materials, from articles, coaching tools, videos and webinars, offering on-demand learning opportunities and complementing the work done during the coaching sessions.

- Women Leadership: Designed for women aspiring to leadership roles, our program explores empowerment strategies, communication, and overcoming barriers.
- Career Development: Our career development offer helps employee navigate their career paths be it internally or externally (through outplacement). We also provide assessment services (in relation notably to succession plans).
